Customer Service & Logistic Specialist

Stella Nova Copenhagen A/S is looking for a Customer Service & Logistic Specialist (maternity leave) with the possibility for part-time. Position starts preferably by October 1st, 2024.

As our Customer Service & Logistics Specialist, you will possess a key role within our sales & finance administration department. You must truly honour offering excellent service to our customers and put utmost effort into ensuring a smooth logistic distribution flow around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering excellent day-to-day customer service.
  • Handling and preparing all sales orders in our SPY system.
  • Handling deliveries to customers around the globe.
  • Customs executions.
  • Preparation of documents for special deliveries and registration in customer portals.
  • Following up on pre-payments and releasing orders accordingly.
  • Creating documents for shipments outside the EU.
  • Managing invoicing, reviewing debtor balances, and following up on customer payments.
  • Inventory & Custom Warehouse management.
  • Contributing to our continuous improvement of our customer service and outbound logistics processes.

Background & Competences:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and logistics within the fashion industry. A bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or supply chain management is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate effectively and with precision.
  • Knowledge of logistics software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Expertise in the SPY system is preferable
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to handle complex issues and find effective solutions.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data, study key customers’ manuals, and implement requests.
  • Industry knowledge: Understanding of the fashion industry within customer preferences, and supply chain dynamics + incoterms
