Credit Controller
We’re searching for a talented Credit Controller to join our Finance team and be a part of Les Deux’ exciting journey. Les Deux is built on three pillars: Entrepreneurship, Community, and Legacy. The Role
As a Credit Controller at Les Deux, you will join an ambitious team with passionate and positive employees. Your role will primarily involve managing the accounts receivable function and providing assistance with monthly reporting and cash flow management. We are looking for a humorous and enthusiastic person ready to take responsibility in an inspiring and challenging environment.
Your Primary Tasks Will Include:
Responsible for the accounts receivable process, including:
- Daily posting of payments and reviewing accounts receivable lists.
- Continuous registration and reconciliation of payments from our customers.
- Building good customer relationships and holding weekly follow-up meetings with our agents, salespeople, and customers worldwide, as well as assisting our customer service department.
- Managing the dunning process, both written and verbal, for Les Deux's customers, handling collection cases, and ensuring timely collections.
- Developing and optimizing the process.
Various tasks related to monthly reporting:
- Reconciliation of accounts receivable lists and ageing analysis.
- Calculating agent commissions.
- Posting for subsidiaries.
- Preparing VAT returns.
- Ad hoc tasks.
What You Offer
You should be able to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. We imagine that you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. However, the most important thing is that you are a team player with great drive, humour, and motivation. To be a good match, we see that your qualifications include:
- Experience in a similar role or a good understanding of the tasks associated with this position, equipping you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
- Persistent and self-driven! You are highly motivated and determined to achieve results, both short and long-term. You possess a strong work ethic and are proactive.
- Constructive, structured, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Open and curious to explore new approaches. Eager to learn new things and face challenges with a smile.
- Comfortable juggling many tasks and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Understanding the importance of trust in a finance role and consistently demonstrating integrity and reliability.
- Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of E-conomic and Business Central is an advantage but not a requirement.
