Store Manager
For our brand store at ILLUM in Copenhagen, we are looking for a full-time Store Manager as from October 2024.
As Store Manager you are responsible for the commercial results of your shop. You know how to translate the Profuomo concept to the shop floor. You manage a sales employee and are responsible for the administration, planning and presentation of the collection. As the person with final responsibility on the shop floor, you will naturally set the right example as a true service-oriented, commercial foreman.
What you will do:
- You are ultimately responsible for the commercial results in the shop, for administration, planning of staff and presentation of the collection in the store
- You will be responsible for leading and coaching your sales associate in your shop.
- You analyse KPIs and translate these into a plan for the shop floor

Requirements:
- You have management experience in the retail sector
- Knowledge of the higher men's fashion segment is an advantage
- You speak Danish and English
- You are willing to learn about and get affinity with the Profuomo brand
- You are motivated to learn and develop yourself further
- You are willing to work weekends
