Shopmanager for our store in Hellerup. 

Sales & customer service:

  • You are responsible for store progress
  • You actively drive sales of your store
  • You identify current trends, competition and act accordingly
  • You direct floor moves, merchandise placement and you set up sales/events
  • You maximize POS signage (visual merchandising) given by head office
  • You reach sales goals through effective selling
  • You achieve customer satisfaction by dealing with all complaints/queries in a timely and efficient matter and providing maximal service to the customer
  • You are responsible for building an external network within the region of your store

Lingerie Styling:

  • You are a Lingerie Styling Ambassador (‘you lead by example’)
  • You are a Lingerie Styling expert by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and Lingerie Styling service
  • You provide coaching and training for your team members and you ensure the Lingerie Styling skills and mindset is high
  • You share feedback of customers concerning Lingerie Styling with your team members and provide further plans of action

People management:

  • You are responsible for recruiting, training and retaining your team
  • You are visible on the shop floor to manage, motivate and coach your team
  • You provide coaching and training for new/existing team members to ensure individual capabilities are recognised and maximized
  • You create a positive work environment
  • You conduct regular staff reviews and appraisals in order to manage and monitor performance and address performance issues on a timely basis
  • You actively assist with the recruitment of new team members

Operational management:

  • You are responsible for store contribution: Turnover, Staff handling efficiency, Shrinkage (minimize shrinkage via thorough inventory control and monitoring of procedures including cash handling)
  • You manage and plan shift schedules efficiently
  • You analyse score cards and you are responsible for effective follow-up
  • You identify the core selling brands and you communicate merchandise requirements to the buying department
  • You maintain and are accountable for all mandatory health and safety regulations and ensure sufficient training is provided and regularly reviewed

General issues:

  • You ensure that you and the team represent the company in a professional manner by adhering to the correct company uniform policy
  • You familiarise yourself and the team with the content of the Company Handbooks and you adhere to all Company policies and ensure staff do the same

  • Enthusiastic individual who is sales and target driven
  • Pro-active with the ability to show initiative
  • Able to network with a range a individuals from within R&P as well as customers and external companies
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Feeling for fashion
  • Discrete and professional at all times
  • Able to work independently, but within the guidelines of the company and with a good communication to the head office => so not someone who works alone, but who can come up with solutions on her own, and share them with the head office

Experience - musts:

  • Retail Experience – showing good results
  • Experience in personal sales and customer service
  • Management experience
  • 1-3 years of experience as a store manager

Industry experience – nice to have:

  • Knowledge from fashion industry, ideally with a premium retail brand
