Sales Executive for B2B sales

Are you a sales expert with a passion for exceeding targets and pushing boundaries?
Do you have a proven track record of success in the market?
If yes, we want you to join the Sales team at Konges Sløjd in our HQ in CPH!

You will be assigned a fixed numbers of customers and will be responsible for the growth in your region. Your mission is to make Konges Sløjd an anchor brand with strategically important customers.

Your responsibility:

  • You will need to use all your experience and contacts in the Nordic region to identify new potential retailers that meet our requirements and standards for a mutual partnership, while also maintaining and creating growth and strong relations with our existing accounts.
  • You will also be responsible for selling our five annual collections and immediate stock, supporting and educating retailers and their staff, attending fairs, negotiating terms and conditions, budgets, and onboarding first orders with a good sell-through rate.

How to succeed:

  • To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent salesmanship and experience from fashion or the lifestyle segment.
  • We're looking for a candidate with a 'can-do' attitude, a pioneering spirit, and the ability to create a win-market plan and execute it by focusing on the right customers. However, we also expect you to be determent, persistent, and focused on achieving your targets in a structured way.

What is expected of you:

  • Excellent salesmanship
  • Knowing how to use SPY will get you a long way
  • Implementing market strategies and identification of new dealers
  • Grooming the relationship with key accounts
  • Experience from either adult’s or kid’s fashion
  • Experience with the flow of seasonal, NOOS and stock sale.
