We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-oriented Sales and Back Office Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will provide essential support to the Won Hundred sales team, managing various tasks and requests from B2B clients and global agents. You will also ensure smooth logistics operations and deliver excellent support to our B2C clients. As a central and crucial part of our company, you will collaborate closely with multiple departments within Won Hundred.

Your tasks:

• Provide comprehensive assistance to the WH sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage daily tasks and requests from B2B clients and global agents.
• Coordinate and manage sample lend-outs to Key Accounts and agents upon request, maintaining full control over samples in the WH showroom.
• Handle the Claimlane system for B2B claims and returns from wholesalers.
• Offer exceptional customer service to both international and domestic wholesale accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service for webshop customers, resolving issues and handeling returns and claims.
• Communicate effectively with our logistics team to ensure smooth shipping processes.
• Activate logistics by managing inbound bookings for key accounts and other related tasks
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Are high-motivated, solution-oriented and have a natural service and sales instinct
• Are good at communicating orally and in writing in both Danish and English
• Care about the customers being left with a good experience every single time
• Are structured and love to do many things at once
• Has strong IT knowledge – Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel
• Knowledge in SPY is an advantage
• Knowledge of the fashion industry is an advantage
