Product Sales Lead

Do you know what it takes to ensure the best product package that always matches the needs of our customers? Are you motivated by constantly creating growth, improving performance and results?

Then this is your chance for a challenging position with great responsibility in an international fashion company.

JJXX is on a journey, and we have high ambitions for the future. We are looking for a Product Sales Lead for our head office in Brande to take us even further in the fashion world.

You will be dedicated to Region Central & Overseas, which covers the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, and Canada.

Be the voice of our customers

Use your experience to ensure that JJXX’s products are tailored to the needs of our customers. As part of the sales department, you will be the link between our global wholesale customers, online key accounts and our Buying and Design departments.

Your extensive product knowledge is vital, and your passion for trends and speed is important to succeed in this role, since you will be the product responsible for the region.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Ensuring a global product package that reflects JJXX’s DNA
  • Securing the right product package for each collection
  • Keeping an overview of our markets and ensuring the right orders and volume for each market
  • Daily collaboration with our Buying and Design departments in terms of best performing products in each market as well as areas of improvement
  • Close collaboration with the customers and Key Account Managers regarding product development
  • Ensuring the correct product and price mix and delivery precision
  • Collaborating with our markets to ensure the proper styles and campaigns to promote these.

You can expect a lot of travelling and inspirational trips as a way of increasing market knowledge.

Your profile

Your background can be within sales or buying – what matters the most is that you have a passion for combining the two. Specifically, we are looking for an individual with:

  • Strong product and trend knowledge from a sales perspective
  • A sales-driven attitude with a great business mindset
  • The ability to transform market information into actions that make a difference to our business
  • At least 3 years of experience from a similar position within the female fashion industry
  • A natural talent for creating structure and overview
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
