PR & Marketing Specialist

Hofmann Copenhagen is currently recruiting a PR & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen.

Hofmann Copenhagen is a Copenhagen based womenswear brand with +10 years in the making. We need more talented hands to take responsibility for maintaining and developing our brand.

This role will play a vital role in shaping and executing our PR, social media, and influencer strategies across multiple markets. As our PR & Marketing Specialist you will be the link between PR & Sales, ensuring everyone works in the same direction. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in implementing and managing earned media relations, influencer partnerships, driving social media channels, and marketing initiatives. It is a must you are an outgoing, positive demeanor, with a can-do attitude and you have heaps of energy. The ideal candidate will work closely with our CEO to obtain our joint set goals.

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Management:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive PR, social media and influencer strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
    • Utilize various platforms to streamline and optimise  PR, influencers and social media management processes.
    • Developing our in-house Media plan, monitoring and updating it continuously.
    • Manage press related relationships with international showrooms, PR agencies, Press, social media platforms, and influencers across different markets, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and performance targets.
    • Monitor and analyze social media and influencer engagement metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and implementing strategic adjustments to optimize performance and achieve predetermined targets.

Web, Email Management & Social Media:

    • Managing our website to assure alignment with all other active PR & Marketing channels and projects.
    • Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives and messaging.
    • Create engaging social media & email marketing content across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Mailchimp and Pinterest.
    • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer interactions, responding promptly and effectively.
    • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.

Influencer Management:

    • Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and content creators to drive brand advocacy and engagement.
    • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring deliverables are met and align with campaign objectives.
    • Track and measure the impact of influencer collaborations on brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

PR, Showroom management & Events:

    • PR collaborations and social media campaigns to generate reach, buzz, conversion and increase brand awareness. Plan and execute events.
    • Pitch stories to media outlets, securing placements and coverage.
    • Coordinate showroom activities and manage loan and gifting processes for influencers and media partners.
    • Manage pack shot shootings and other various smaller internal photo shoots.
    • Amplify PR activities and social media content on owned channels to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Proven experience in public relations, social media management and influencer marketing.
  • Relevant experience with paid adds in Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated experience and network within the international and Danish press, earned media, stylists and influencer communities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with PR, social media, and influencer management platforms.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
