International Sales Manager

Kinraden is on a thrilling trajectory of growth, and we are in search of a remarkable individual to join our exceptional and dedicated team as Sales Manager.

We seek a true brand advocate with a sharp business acumen to advance our wholesale operations.

Founded by Sarah Müllertz, our mission revolves around crafting modern yet timeless jewelry within a circular framework. As part of our dynamic company, you'll contribute to our global expansion ensuring unparalleled attention to our clientele and partners worldwide.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury fashion, with a focus on international markets.
  • Service-oriented, detail-driven, and organized.
  • A team player with an urge to learn and develop.
  • Willing to travel and flexible during peak sales periods.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with SPY systems or like is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the expansion and enhancement of our wholesale network across markets - cultivate and fortify relationships with existing and potential accounts.
  • Scout for new business opportunities and foster strategic alliances.
  • Drive seasonal budgeting and negotiate sales terms.
  • Showcase and sell collections during sales campaigns in Copenhagen, Paris and New York.
  • Strategize travel itineraries and sales initiatives to boost sales through trunk shows, training sessions, and client engagements.
  • Analyze data and feedback to refine future strategies.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with partners, staying agile to sales insights and opportunities, while overseeing pricing strategies and sales reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the team and agents/distributors ensuring seamless order processing and payment handling.
  • Implement and meet seasonal sales targets.
