To strengthen our Sales Department, we are seeking an internationally-oriented Wholesale & Consignment Coordinator to join us on our journey as a fast-growing fashion jewellery brand based in Copenhagen. Your skills will help structure, define, develop, and execute Maria Black’s wholesale strategy, elevating it to the highest level possible.

Job description
The Coordinator provides prompt, courteous support to our international accounts and internal partners by addressing requests regarding orders, collections, products, visual merchandise, shipments, data, and deliveries. The Coordinator handles all customer inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and product knowledge while keeping our giving movement and core values in mind. This position is customer and partner-focused, requiring a positive, mature individual who can instil confidence in our jewellery portfolio, people, and processes. Responsibilities include securing and driving our consignment partner business through a planned yearly calendar, ensuring key products and content for various promotional periods and seasons. The Coordinator manages and maintains stock levels by analyzing product performance across styles and categories to meet targets. As the main contact for all consignment partners, the Coordinator provides and receives valuable feedback on an ongoing basis.

Your responsibilities

• Support the Wholesale business in conjunction with long term business planning
• Key contact for all consignment partners and a key support for agents and country managers across marketing, merchandising, operations, VM, and administration.
• Provide the highest level of customer service within the wholesale department.
• Ensure the smooth running of our wholesale department by closely tracking orders, replenishment, and stock intake in conjunction with our operations department.
• Help drive sales and profitability in accordance with brand strategy.
• Plan and create content for trade marketing and CRM such as newsletters, competitions, etc. and use initiative to present concepts for implementation.
• Process orders in a timely manner.
• Manage B2B platform CENTRA, responding to all queries from stockists.
• Support all sales reps with administration including new line sheet set up, our image bank, and sample management.
• Liaising with Inventory control to ensure delivery specifications and dates are met (correct shipping instructions, special labelling/barcodes, etc.)
• Ensure deadlines are met and general administration is completed as required by the manager
• Coordinate and execute wholesale events – such as customer events and conferences (nationally and internationally)
• Handle all consignment accounts and online platforms and secure budget forecasts are met.

Required experience & skills

• You will have a minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience within the fashion industry
• Experience and understanding of International luxury markets
• Proficiency in a European language and English
• Proven sales or customer service experience
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency with systems and structure
• Experience with Centra (or comparable B2B system)
• Experience with Business Central (or comparable ERP system)
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat
• Proficiency with MS Office (mainly Excel)
• Experience with CRM dynamics (or comparable CRM system)
• Drivers license (Class B or higher)
• A team player with a dynamic approach
