Day Birger et Mikkelsen, one of Scandinavia’s most successful fashion brands, is to launch a new e-commerce website. 

Inspired by asian culture and craftsmanship, the iconic and inspirational collections designed by Creative Director Keld Mikkelsen and his team have become urbanised to appeal to a more metropolitan bohemian audience while still retaining the characteristic focus on contemporary, everyday glamour. 

The new Day Birger et Mikkelsen web store will be built on a powerful platform, developed by the UK based e-commerce specialists; Drivebusiness, who has build strong e-commerce solutions for succesful brands such as Gant and All Saints. 

Drivebusiness will manage the full end to end process, from stock control to automated order fulfilment, delivery and returns processing. 

Day Birger et Mikkelsen are working closely together with Drivebusiness´ web design and e-commerce development team to create a complete shopping site that will enable us to continue to develop our digital presence and deliver an engaging online experience for our customers. 

Customers will be able to buy the full range Day Birger et Mikkelsen collection, including the distinctive menswear and womenswear as well as the Day Home collection at shop.day.dk in late july 2010.
