BOII STUDIOS is looking for an experienced designer to join our team and contribute to the future development of our products. As a designer, you have a strong track record of creating high-quality, commercially successful styles, along with a deep understanding of the latest trends and fabric innovations.

The position and work environment

With the brand's DNA in mind, you will take part in the entire design process from concept stage to the finished product. The work environment is dynamic and informal, and you will work closely with passionate colleagues who, like you, share a deep enthusiasm for design. In collaboration with the team and suppliers you will be working consistently on innovation and improving our products.

Your responsibilities will among others include:

• Creation of new products, trend presentations and design sketches – with a focus on all product groups
• Researching new macro tendencies, seasonal trends and fabrics
• Developing and drawing styles 
• Commenting on samples with our team

Your profile

Taking initiative and working independently comes naturally to you. You have an ambitious mindset with both creative and commercial instincts. You have a confident, can-do attitude and are a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in a busy and dynamic environment. You have a natural ability to spot trends and turn them into stylish, commercial designs. You pay attention to detail while maintaining an overview in a creative and fast-paced process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Designer
• Strong understanding of womenswear trends 
• Solid technical knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and materials
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Illustrator
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Work location: Copenhagen

Travel: You can expect some level of travel in this position.
