Weekend Max Mara, Copenhagen APT are looking for new sales assistants for store opening in Copenhagen Airport!

The sales assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

Core Responsibilities

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing clients

Required skills/education

• Minimum 1-3 years of Retail/customer service experience
• RTW product experience in luxury or high-end retail is strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Danish and English
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Proficient computer skills
• Passion for human relations and sales
• Customer-service oriented
• Problem solving, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design
