Sales Administrator E-tail & Market Places

We are a strong international team of 40 employees with headquarters in our CO2 neutral office in Gentofte (Greater Copenhagen), Denmark and local offices or showrooms in Munich, Oslo and London.
Job description
As a Sales Administrator (E-tail & Market Places), you will play an essential role in driving our revenue and continuously improving our performance with our external partners. You will work closely with our Global E-tail team, who are responsible for our biggest online partners globally. Here you will be supporting within three main segments: E-tail Key Accounts, Market places and Consignment customers.
Key responsibilities
- Listing management and monitoring
- Templates
- Order processing
- Re-orders based on performance or from key accounts
- Back-office tasks (invoicing, credit notes)
- General marketing tasks
- Onboarding new marketplaces
- Master data and Data Management:
- Project leader of our master data and stakeholder
- Maintaining and updating data
- Organizing sales data for analysis
- Maintaining client data and procedures, and sharing with the rest of the organization
Qualifications
- Previous experience in supporting sales operations of key accounts, large e-tail customers, consignments and/or marketplaces
- Super User in Excel for data analysis and management.
- Interest in AI to explore opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Tradebyte and GoFact knowledge is a plus but not a requirement
- Autonomous yet a strong team player
- Fluent in English, German a plus.
