The work we do is underpinned by the principle of calculated creativity: Excel and Illustrator are our best friends. Collections start in our imagination, then we crunch the numbers to make sure brand and business are moving in the same direction.

You shouldn’t be afraid of speaking up and challenging the status quo of how we work and what we produce, but you should also appreciate that you’re working as part of a team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play a holistic role in the design & production process, working closely with your new colleagues to bring our designs to life. You’ll also:

• Develop accurate measurement charts for woven categories.
• Work closely with our design and production teams to support visual and functional garment design goals. This includes tasks such as fitting, sizing, creating silhouettes, grading, and providing technical garment-making solutions.
• Regularly follow up, evaluate, and update fits, silhouettes, and technical solutions to ensure quality and precision.
• Take precise measurements of samples to maintain high standards.
• Create detailed drawings to guide the production process and provide proactive and focused input to ensure smooth production processes.
• Effectively communicate with suppliers to clarify issues and optimize garments throughout the product development phase.
• Undertake various tasks related to the development of collections, such as creating fit guides for our Sales team.
• Be open to possibly implement a Cad cam system, to use in collection development for parts of the collection, to ensure fit consistency.

What You Bring to the Table:

It’s important to us that you are passionate about fashion and can identify with our style & DNA, and you also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while hitting deadlines & never compromising on quality.

We’d love it if you have at least three years of experience in a similar position, giving you a good understanding of the different duties that fall on a busy production department.

We’re looking for someone who:

• holds a relevant degree or background as a pattern maker/pattern technician
• has a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience, preferably within menswear
• Skilled user of Illustrator and Microsoft Office
• Experience with PLM systems such as Delogue is an advantage. Experience with cad cam systems like Gerber is a bonus.
• Thrives as an enthusiastic team player and as an individual contributor
• Has a structured and flexible mindset, as we work with multiple collections and collabs at the same time
• Fluent in English both verbally and in writing, both for internal communication and external communications with our suppliers during product development.
