We’re looking for a skilled full-time Pattern Maker to join our team in Copenhagen.

Northtex produces clothing for amazing brands in women's, men's, and children's fashion in both Europe and Asia. Some of the brands are in-house, and we have long-standing relationships with others.

As a Pattern Maker at Northtex:

• You will play a crucial role by working closely with one of our most important German clients, Kleinichkeit. This client has a young and dynamic team with significant growth potential. You will be responsible for direct communication and all fitting responsibilities for both women's and men's collections.
• Work closely with Kleinichkeit’s design and production teams to support visual and functional garment design goals. This includes tasks such as fitting, sizing, creating silhouettes, grading, and providing technical garment-making solutions.
• Regularly follow up, evaluate, and update fits, silhouettes, and technical solutions to ensure quality and precision.
• Take precise measurements of samples to maintain high standards.
• Create detailed drawings to guide the production process and provide proactive and focused input to ensure smooth production processes.
• Effectively communicate with suppliers to clarify issues and optimize garments throughout the product development phase.

You Are:

It’s important to us that you are passionate about fashion and can identify with our DNA. You also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while hitting deadlines without compromising on quality.

We’d love it if you have at least three years of experience in a similar position, giving you a good understanding of the different duties in a busy production department.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a relevant degree or background as a pattern maker/pattern technician.
• Has a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience, preferably within both menswear and ladieswear.
• Is a skilled user of Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
• Has experience with PLM systems such as Delogue (an advantage).
• Thrives as an enthusiastic team player and as an individual contributor.
• Has a structured and flexible mindset, as we work with multiple collections and collaborations simultaneously.
• Is fluent in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing, for internal communication with our partner and external communications with our suppliers during product development.
