Matinique creates fashionable collections blending formal and casual looks with high quality and affordability. The designs are masculine, sharp, modern, and functional with great attention to fabrics, a perfect fit, and craftsmanship. Matinique was founded in 1973 in Copenhagen, Denmark by Niels Martinsen, whose vision was to create comfortable, high-quality, and fashionable clothing for men.

In the position as Marketing Project Manager, you will play a vital role in the marketing department. You will be the connecting point to the ecommerce team, ensuring that all marketing activities are effectively translated into newsletters, online advertising, and website content. You will manage the social media channels for both brands supported by our marketing team, and develop the collaborations with influencers and content creators. Additionally, you will support the Matinique Concept Stores in terms of SoMe, POS, shop openings etc., and manage the photoshoots for our KAM team. The position is a 14-month full-time maternity cover with the potential for permanent employment. It is based in Denmark at the Wood Wood & Matinique HQ in Copenhagen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for social media (Instagram, Facebook & Linkedin)
• Support all Matinique Concept Stores (SoMe, POS, store openings, etc.)
• Plan and execute photoshoots for Key Accounts
• Be the marketing link to the online team (newsletter, homepage, and sale planning)
• Participate in ecom photoshoots
• Responsible for collection texts
• Develop influencer collaborations and content
• Support at fairs and sales meetings
• Support in photo and video productions
• Experience with PR and events is a plus
• Assist at seasonal marketing activities
• Various ad hoc tasks in marketing

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)
• Work independently and structured
• Responsible and positive mindset
• Attentive to details
• Comfortable with a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment
• Experience with photoshoots
• Experience in social media management and content development
• Comfortable and skilled in writing texts and translating the brand’s tone of voice
• Used to working with MS-office suite
• Natural interest in the fashion and lifestyle industry
• Experience from similar positions is highly valued
