French-speaking Sales Support
Are you passionate about fashion and sales? Do you have a strong drive and the language competences to make a difference to our customers in the French market?
At VILA, we are always on the hunt for talent, and right now we are looking for a French-speaking Sales Supporter for our team in Stilling.
You become a part of VILA’s Sales department, where you get more than 20 dedicated and energetic colleagues. You will play a significant role in a dynamic team where you in close collaboration with our sales representatives and sales responsibles contribute to developing VILA’s position in the French market.
Your primary responsibility will be to support our sales responsibles, our sales representatives and our customers in the French-speaking markets. In addition, you will be the link between the customers, the sales team and VILA’s buying department, so you will have a broad network, internally as well as externally.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Administrative support for the sales team
- Ensuring correct sales flow in collaboration with Buying and Sales
- Order processing and following up on orders and stock situation
- Distribution of products to our customers
- Assisting at sales events/fairs
- Optimising sales processes and sales to our customers/partners.
- Experience from an administrative sales position is an advantage
- Knowledge of the fashion and/or retail experience is considered a plus
- Administratively strong
- Solid understanding of numbers and business
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
You will have a broad network of contacts, so it is important to us that you are service-minded, outgoing and proactive by nature. You are sales-oriented, positive and energetic attitude, and it is essential that you thrive in an administrative role with many systems and working methods that must be structured. You know how to structure your tasks in a creative and busy working day, and you work independently with an eye for spotting solutions rather than limitations. You enjoy working on multiple tasks at the same time and enjoy being in a role where you are naturally involved in many different projects and constantly know what is happening in the organisation around you.
