NN.07 is now looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our ecommerce team, reporting to the Head of Ecommerce.

From day one, you will be at the centre of the direct-to-consumer journey, responsible for servicing our customers. Your educational background is not decisive – what matters most is that you have customer service experience and a can-do attitude. We offer a workday filled with diverse tasks, ranging from advising and sales to optimizing help pages. The position is based in Copenhagen, with working hours from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 to 16:00 on Fridays.

What you'll do

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, Facebook, and Trustpilot.
• Optimizing the customer service section of the website to ensure it is updated based on customer inquiries.

What we're looking for 

Professional Skills

• Excels in verbal and written communication in both Danish and English.
• Is organized and loves working with systems.

Personal Qualities

• Is solution-oriented and naturally inclined towards service and sales.
• A passion for the fashion industry is an advantage.
