Bags and Accessories Designer
NN.07 is a strong and fast-growing international fashion brand, located in the heart of Copenhagen. NN.07 offers premium menswear and value for money. With focus on quality, details and true craftsmanship, the company has now established a strong position in the market and is working with some of the leading retailers in the world. NN.07 is now looking for a Bags & Accessories Designer reporting to the Chief Product Officer.
THE POSITION
You will be based within the Product team and will play a pivotal role in shaping NN.07’s category expansion, ensuring we deliver innovative, high-quality designs that resonate with our brand identity. Your work will directly contribute to NN.07’s growth strategy by driving engage¬ment through standout designs and supporting the success of our ready to wear collections. With a focus on creating Originals of Tomorrow, you will collaborate closely with teams across NN.07, to ensure every product reflects our commitment to quality and our core values. The position is based in Copenhagen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop a range of bags, accessories and small leather goods in line with the assortment plan.
- Research market trends, materials, and technologies to innovate and enhance the product line while aligning with our brand identity.
- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings ensuring designs are production ready.
- Oversee the sampling and production process from prototype to shipment sample, maintaining supplier com munication and product quality standards.
- Source responsible and durable materials that meet the company’s environmental objectives.
- Support ad-hoc during peak periods with technical drawings for the ready to wear collection.
- Work closely with the product team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing bags and accessories, preferably within menswear.
- Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD tools).
- Proficient in PLM/PDM systems (Delogue considered a plus).
- A keen eye for detail, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
