Area Sales Manager

Miinto is going through an aggressive and exciting expansion plan in Europe and we are looking for an ambitious, hard-working and creative area sales manager to advance Miinto’s vision and expand footprint within the fashion e-commerce landscape.

The area sales manager will be responsible for growing and expanding Miinto’s presence in Denmark significantly by signing new boutiques with Miinto. What you’ll do

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met
  • Spend up to 80% of your time on the road for in-person meetings with customers and partners in Denmark
  • Attend industry events to generate sales leads
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Miinto’s industry, trends, and competitors
  • Partner with various teams across sales/customer care, marketing, business intelligence, category management, and executive leadership to deliver solutions to clients
  • Ensure all Miinto’s sales initiatives and actions are aligned with Miinto’s global mission, strategic objectives and values

What we’re looking for
An excellent communicator who is highly motivated, passionate, and driven by the challenges of increasing sales, and meeting/exceeding goals and objectives and keeping the clients happy. You most likely have relevant experience from the fashion industry in Denmark, and at least 2 years of demonstrated success and consistently exceeding your quota. Furthermore, ideal candidates possess:

  • Experience in a SaaS, B2B, retail or wholesale organization a plus
  • Self-starter and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Existing contacts/relationships in the wholesale fashion industry
  • Fluency in Danish as well as, good knowledge of English
