We are looking for an experienced sales professional to strengthen our team and accelerate our journey towards new business ventures.

We are a business model within BESTSELLER – a volume-driven department, focused on large wholesalers within the FMCG textile industry. We use the sheer power of BESTSELLER and provide our customers with proven winners and true value-for-money at a competitive price under the kidswear brand GUPPY. We are growing rapidly, which offers you the perfect opportunity to tap into the unexploited potential of our business and have significant impact.
As Key Account Sales Manager, you will be key in achieving our ambitious goals. You will be responsible for a range of markets and customers – and we will trusted with the responsibility to produce results in the way that you see fit. Drawing on your solid experience from the textile business, you open doors to new customers and markets within the FMCG sector, in collaboration with the dedicated sales representatives in the field, whom you inspire, train, and grow. You bring new experience and ideas to the table – pushing limits and challenging and developing our GUPPY strategy.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Setting up sales meetings with volume customers in collaboration with local forces.
- Setting up and executing sales strategies for your customers.
- Approaching new customers.
- Selling collection to your customers.
- Developing and maintaining deep insights of your markets.
- Establishing long-term relationships with your customers.
- Collecting feedback from the markets for future collections.
- Experience working within sales in the FMCG and textiles industry.
- Solid experience approaching and opening new customers.
- Experience with private label, mass market and “special mark up” will be an advantage.
- Fluency in English and German, written and spoken - Danish is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
You are motivated by converting leads into customers and building up long-term relationships. You have a can-do attitude, yet humble and respectful in your sales approach. You are a true craftsman, and based on your professionalism and cooperation skills, you create an environment, where your customers feel valued and assured. You’re always up for a challenge – also when it comes to finding the best way to meet changing customer demands.
Finally, you always base your decisions on your business understanding and analysis of figures and numbers.
