Store Manager
We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our new ROTATE Birger Christensen store in the heart of Copenhagen.
As the ambassador of our flagship store, you will play a crucial role in managing a store that embodies ROTATE's brand identity and offering top-tier customer service.
In this role, you'll work in our stylish, centrally located store, guiding and motivating your team to provide unparalleled service that matches the uniqueness and quality of our products. You thrive on achieving outstanding sales results and are driven by the pursuit of excellence.
We're looking for a dedicated ROTATE ambassador who excels at engaging with the local community through events and in-store activities. You will foster a strong team culture that emphasizes performance, empowerment, and collaboration. As a leader, you'll set the standard for others to follow and inspire your team to success.
As Store Manager, you will report to our CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve budgets and related KPIs, and take improvement actions to develop the business
- Work with leadership team to align business priorities, report and analysis on performance, and build the buying plan
- Lead, train and develop your team members and ensure they have a clear understanding of goals and objectives, both from a budget and culture point of view
- Ensure that the brand´s DNA is properly represented at storefront and BOH aligning with our branding and merchandising strategy
- Lead and ensure correct execution of all operational and commercial activities: deliveries, RTW, sale activations, claims...
- Organize and secure our in-store events are a success, with the Marketing & Merchandising teams
Your skills
- 4 years of experience as store manager or other leading role in luxury retail and/or fashion retail
- Sales driven and results-oriented leadership
- Stock management, buying & performance analysis
- Strong customer management and community building experience
- Passion for fashion and Rotate's products!
- Danish and English fluency
- Team-player with a cheerful and positive attitude
