Chief Commercial Officer
We have an open position as Chief Commercial Officer for one of our customers – a brand with high ambitions internationally.
As our Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for sales to existing and new retailers will take our international growth journey to the next level. You will also be responsible for PR & Marketing.
We seek a hands-on candidate with excellent skills in developing and executing international growth strategies with your sales team.
Together with salespeople and agents, you will be responsible for the overall sales development of this brand. In addition, you will be the driver of expanding sales internationally to new retailers and pure players. Therefore, your international network of retailers, agents, and the pure players will be important if you enter this position.
You will work closely with a team of dedicated and enthusiastic colleagues and very closely with the company's founder and owner. You will significantly influence the company's strategic direction in your day-to-day professional area and the entire company's activities. Depending on your performance, this position might evolve into more responsibilities. The company is in Copenhagen.
Travel activities will be part of the job.
You will have these responsibilities:
- Develop and execute “go-to-market strategies” for existing and new markets.
- Budgets, forecasts, deadlines, and follow-up on sales targets.
- Define and implement a new CRM structure, where the sales force is led through clear customer segmentation and value propositions per segment.
- Identify new business opportunities and sales channels, especially trade with international online retailers.
- Insight into D2C online sales activities.
- You understand the importance of sales and marketing working seamlessly together.
- Monitor sales development and market trends and analyze product portfolio performance across markets.
- Fairs, sales activities with customers, and negotiation of agreements with key accounts.
- Sales training and sparring to agents, including development of sales tools.
- Participation in collection meetings, price and margin meetings, and sales kick-offs.
- Being a visible and proactive role model, showing the way through dedication, passion, and results.

- Skills to see and exploit the potential of a fashion brand internationally, acting on new market opportunities.
- Skilled communicator at all levels, internally as well as externally.
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial and agile company.
- Providing brand and collection training together with your team.
- Relevant commercial education.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.
