Production & Buying Manager
As the new Production and Buying Manager at Won Hundred, you will become a pivotal member of a small, dedicated, and ambitious team.
Your primary responsibility is to initiate, monitor, and finalize collections and productions, ensuring that the deadlines are met. You will be in charge of price negotiations, cost calculations, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. Furthermore we are looking for a candidate who, in collaboration with management, will actively contribute to the development of our CSR strategy in line with upcoming EU regulations.
We offer a role with significant responsibility, influence, and the opportunity to shape the future of the company. You will work closely with our Design and Pattern making team and report directly to our Creative Director.
It is essential that you are skilled at prioritizing tasks, maintaining an overview, collaborating effectively, and that you are confident with making independent decisions.
Your core responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the development of collections and production, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Manage supplier allocation and maintain strong relationships with our partners.
- Source and purchase fabrics and trims for SMS collections as well as production (FOB and CMT).
- Maintain relevant data in our systems, including pricing (Delogue and Spy).
- Handle collection and production orders.
- Negotiate prices and perform cost calculations.
- Maintain and ensure favorable freight agreements.

Identify specific growth targets within your area, in line with our company strategy, and work continuously towards achieving them.
- Ensure that the high level of quality in our products are kept.
- Manage and approve relevant invoices.
- Comment and approve shipment samples.
Your profile:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Analytical, structured, and strong with numbers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken (Danish is a plus).
- Efficient and problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of materials and attention to craftsmanship.
- Takes ownership of tasks and is also a team player.
- Experience with CMT production is a plus.
- Experience with CSR is a plus.
- Experience with Delogue and Spy is a plus.
