The designs are masculine, sharp, modern, and functional with great attention to fabrics, a perfect fit, and craftsmanship. Matinique was founded in 1973 in Copenhagen, Denmark by Niels Martinsen, whose vision was to create comfortable, high-quality, and fashionable clothing for men.

In the position as Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for practical tasks related to photoshoots including preparing, steaming, and packing. You will attend photoshoots and assist the team throughout the day, ensuring a structured workflow. You are structured and dedicated, and you enjoy practical and hands-os tasks as well as being administrative. Furthermore, you will work with handling samples, image files in IT systems, and support at fairs and sales meetings. The position is a 12-month full-time project employment with the potential for permanent employment.. It is based in Denmark at the Wood Wood & Matinique HQ in Copenhagen.

RESPONSIBILITIES You enjoy structure and having an overview, and you are ready to take responsibility for the practical tasks in our marketing department.

• Prepare, steam and pack for photoshoots
• Participate in ecom photoshoots, campaign photoshoots etc.
• Manage image files (naming etc.)
• Administer ecom looks and packshots in IT-systems (DAM)
• Handle PR samples (packaging and shipping)
• Support at fairs and sales meetings
• Assist at seasonal marketing activities
• Various ad hoc tasks in marketing

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Fluent in Danish and English
• Able to work independently and structured
• Responsible and attentive to details
• Hands-on approach
• Positive mindset and comfortable with problem solving
• Natural interest in the fashion and lifestyle industry
• Experience from similar positions is a plus
