E-commerce & Performance Marketing Manager
We are now seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual for the role of E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager to manage our online stores and own the digital advertising channel.
We are looking for a customer-centric, results-driven, E-Commerce expert to develop, execute, and refine our E-commerce strategy to drive engagement, conversion, and retention. A central part of this role will be setting up, testing, and optimizing the paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Data analytics will be a part of this role, as well. You will work closely with the freelance web developer, as well as our Social Media Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end NUORI site experience and overall performance: speed, engagement, functionality, conversion, usability, and clarity in both visuals and copy
- Define and drive E-Commerce activities with a relentless focus on the customer journey, user experience, and constant optimization
- Establish process and drive the timely execution of all product launches and other campaigns across four online stores
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns that will contribute to meeting the monthly revenue and ROAS goals
- Develop briefs for wireframes
- Define the web development projects & tasks
- Collect, analyze and visualize the E-commerce performance data; translate it into actionable insights
- Own web content editing process
- Drive the initiatives that would ensure a constant stream of new product reviews on the website
- Manage Shopify apps; monitor apps in the Shopify App Store that could improve features, functionality, or overall user experience
- Create and drive testing roadmap: strategy based on hypotheses and data, report outcomes to the management
- Plan and execute Klaviyo campaigns
- Conduct reviews of competitor online stores - merchandising tactics, navigational elements, features/functions to continue to understand trends and identify areas of opportunity
Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience in E-Commerce, with a close focus on content, site merchandising, and conversion rate optimization
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction and successfully execute plans to drive business performance
- Ability to perform A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills in assessing large amounts of data and distilling it down to actionable insights for the management team
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo Lucky Orange, or other similar optimization tools
- Empathetic, discerning, curious, and devoted to the customer
Location & Logistics
- This is a full-time role
- The NUORI team operates in multiple locations: headquarters are in Copenhagen, Denmark, and part of the management team is based in the US (East Coast).
