For Vero Moda Girl, we are looking for a Designer who is ready to embark on the journey of creating fashionable clothes for girls aged 6 to 14 while our colleague is on maternity.

Join a small but ambitious team

As part of our Vero Moda Girl team, you'll join a small but dedicated and ambitious group of three colleagues. Your daily work will involve close collaboration with the two buyers and the buying and design manager. Additionally, you'll cooperate closely with other Vero Moda design and buying departments to ensure the selection of the right Vero Moda designs for adaptation into girl sizes for each collection.

Make our collections yours

As Designer for Vero Moda Girl you will reimagine existing Vero Moda designs, tailoring them into smaller sizes across all product categories. Additionally, you create unique designs specifically for the line. You It will be your responsibility to hold the overall overview, ensuring that styles in the collection are cohesive and target children aged 6 to 14. You utilize ideas and contribute to a valuable collaboration between Buying and Sales. We expect you to always be one step ahead, looking for the missing pieces and seeking challenges.

More specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that our styles are always aligned with Vero Moda Girl’s brand DNA
• Preparing collection material for suppliers, Sales, and Marketing
• Starting up styles, creating sketches, fitting, approvals, overviews, etc.
• Uploading and editing artwork, fabrics, and trims

Your profile

You are driven by your engagement and passion for design and trends and always on the lookout for inspiration wherever you are. If you do not already have experience with childrenswear, you have the courage and motivation to develop your expertise within design to smaller sizes.

Besides this, we expect you to bring:

• An education within Fashion Design
• Minimum 3 years of working experience with female fashion and/or kids fashion
• Solid collection presentation skills
• Flair for print designs and colours
• Experienced user of Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken – Danish skills are an advantage
