Sales Responsible, Express
Do you have the ability to transform market information into actions that make a difference to our business? Do you know how to optimize sales performance by closing seasonal gaps in Express. Then here is your chance to become an important link between our Sales and Buying & Design department.
Working out of our VERO MODA Express department, we are looking for an energetic and passionate Sales Responsible who can close seasonal gaps and release the potential for increasing our turnover for VERO MODA Express.
You will become part of a dynamic Express department consisting of 13 team members, who all value our positive team spirit and dynamic everyday life at the office. At VERO MODA’s Express team, things are moving fast as we, besides our 8 annual collections and 3 VIP Collections, also handle everything from weekly sent outs, as well as ad hoc requests from the markets – and this is where you come into the picture!
As Sales Responsible in VERO MODA’s Express department, you will focus on closing seasonal gaps for our Sales department. You will be responsible for supplying Design and Buying with relevant feedback from all sales channels to enable them to develop and adjust the Express collections - ensuring that we are always offering the range of styles that meets our customers’ need.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Initiating and leading Express’ sales activities
- Ensuring the right product and price mix as well as a strategic focus for our Express collections
- Supervising the budget for the coming month to identify and close gaps
- Ensuring new product developments based on ‘Best Sold’ styles
- Participating in handover and presentation of collections to Sales in cooperation with Design
- Conducting weekly product meetings with our sales department
You possess a great business understanding and are motivated by achieving results. You are capable of inspiring and motivating your colleagues and business partners, and you thrive in a role where your ability to establish new relations and strengthen your relations with our existing customer portfolio is essential to your success. Since you will be the point of contact for many departments across VERO MODA, it is important that you have a positive and forthcoming attitude.
Your educational background is not important to succeed in the role, however your sales experience and mindset is. More specifically we are looking for:
- Experience from a similar role within Sales, preferably from the fashion industry
- Solid Business understanding and an analytic toolbox to follow-up on sales figures
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
