Sales & Product Responsible, Sweden and Norway
Are you an experienced sales person with great knowledge about and experience within Sales and Fashion on the Nordic markets? Do you know what a great selling product package looks like? Then here is your chance to play a key part in growing the success of VERO MODA!
At VERO MODA we are looking for two Sales & Product Responsibles – one for the Swedish market and one for the Norwegian market. Both profiles who can utilize their extensive sales experience to convert market demands into increased sales and release the full potential for VERO MODA’s further growth.
You will join an ambitious sales department of 50 dedicated sales colleagues who are all passionate about taking VERO MODA Sales to new heights. We work hard towards reaching our goals, and we are constantly striving to be the best. Workdays are dynamic, and we move fast, but we always find time for laughs and banter in our casual working environment.
As VERO MODA’s Sales & Product Responsible for either Sweden or Norway your most important task is to be at the forefront of the end consumers’ demands. By a constant focus on the customers’ needs you make sure that we have the best combination of products and price mix that ensures optimal sales in your market.
More specifically, your tasks will include:
- Ensuring a close contact with the sales team in the market as well as your customers on a daily basis, this also includes travelling to the market
- Keeping constantly updated on trends as well as our end consumers’ demands
- Participating in collection delivery with the sales team, including presenting the collection numerous times a year
- Keeping an overview of your market and ensure proper orders and volume
- Collaborating with our Buying and Design departments in terms of best performing products in the market as well as areas of improvement
As a person, you are energetic, competitive and a strategic thinker. At the same time, you are capable of gathering relevant market information, transforming it into action and, by doing so, make a difference for our business. You have excellent negotiation, collaboration and communication skills along with proven relation-building skills. You understand the importance of navigating within agreed budgets to ensure a dynamic and effective growth for VERO MODA.
You have a background and solid experience from the fashion industry where you have acquired a great product knowledge. You have a strong business acumen and know how to improve key figures through the composition of the product package alongside good cooperation with the country.
- Experience from a similar role within Sales, from the fashion industry
- Solid Business understanding and an analytic toolbox to follow-up on sales figures
- Strong product knowledge
- Fluent in one or more of the Nordic languages, both written and oral
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
