Therefore, we are looking for a SALES MANAGER, who with entrepreneurial spirit can build the IMPETUS BRAND in the Scandinavian Market.
At IMPETUS NORDICS, you'll have the opportunity to personally contribute with business development in this region but also development of our products.
The Sales Manager of Impetus Nordics will be responsible for the development of Impetus’ Brands and sales in the Nordic region covering both the Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish markets. The position will be placed in Copenhagen.
The Candidate (M/F/D):
We expect you to have proven results within the Fashion and/or Sports Fashion Industry and a clear understanding of what it takes to build a brand in the Scandinavian Market.
+10 years of experience from KAM or Sales Manager positions.
Your negotiation skills should be strong and as a person you should have a strategic mindset. This makes you able to create and execute commercial sales strategies to achieve both short- and long-term targets.
You know how to make commercial budgets with the ability to deliver growth and are not bound by traditional thinking but believe in opportunities and solutions.
You are experienced in Sales and Key Account Management (Department Stores, Independent Retailers, Online, etc.) and good at creating long-term relationships with key partners to maximize sales.
In your previous work you have been doing pre-season order book analysis and planning across all customers which makes you able to analyze sell-in each season to ensure adequate cover based on the customers distribution.
You understand that results come with hard work and the support of Key Partners and Customers with in-store training seasonally and POS material.
You are methodical in your planning, analysis and execution of budgets and at you know that the right distribution strategy and identifying of the right future potential partners will create the success of the brand.
As a person you involve yourself and give feedback on seasonal sales and product information to your colleagues in design and marketing backed by sell through information from KA, etc.
As the Sales Manager you will pay regular seasonal visits to customers to ensure merchandising standards are in line with global strategy and stock holding is in line with sales performance. This will include visits to accounts in DK & SE as a start, creating strong relationships with brand partners.
Travel will also include Line Break and Sales meetings in Portugal at Impetus HQ 2-4 times a year
