Sales Manager (North Germany)
We are looking for a Sales Manager for the North of Germany to join our sales team. This role can be home-based out of Germany or from our head office in Denmark with frequent field visits to customers.
You will report directly to our CSO.
Wheat is on a growth journey, and you will be joining a successful, dynamic and talented team.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating and meeting sales budget for your assigned region and customers
- Nurturing and growing the relationship with Wheat’s existing wholesale customers
- Identifying new customers and expand the distribution across all relevant premium retail formats whilst respecting brand positioning.
- Delivering professional collection presentation and successful sell-in
- Working with retail partners on sales and marketing plan or initiatives that will impact sales performance
- Driving proactively re-orders
- Ensuring best-in-class instore presentation
- Attending customer meetings at Wheat showroom (located in Munich) and local or international trade fairs
- Reporting to Chief Sales Officer on sales performance (selling in, selling out, inventory), market trends, new business development, etc.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years+ experience in a similar role or related within premium lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods brands
- Proven sales track record
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in sales and key account management in a fast-growing business
- Excellent relationship skills and outspoken – natural team player
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office and in particular Excel
- Digital and SoMe savvy
