Sales Coordinator
Helene Blanche Fabrics & Wallpapers is looking for a new Sales Coordinator to join our dedicated commercial team, reporting to our Sales Lead.
The role of Sales Coordinator is responsible for receiving and processing all incoming sales orders from our B2B customers.
Responsibilities
- Daily communication with our B2B customers via email or phone, providing quick and professional responses to their inquiries about, for example, prices, inventory, reservations, etc.
- Receiving and processing all sales orders, including checking the accuracy of the information, issuing order confirmations, and ensuring that our warehouse function picks, packs, and ships the items to the customer.
- Issuing sales invoices to our customers when goods are dispatched, including keeping track of customer accounts and any outstanding balances, etc.
In addition, you will be responsible for various administrative back-office tasks, such as:
- Sending price lists to our customers.
- Ensure availability and coordination of sales materials across key partners.
- Creating products and new customers in our ERP system (MS Business Central) and maintaining data regularly.
- Assisting with returns and handling complaint cases.
- Reporting sales figures to management.
- Ensure stock availability, supporting the buying department.

- Work in a structured and systematic manner.
- Are systematic in your approach to work, with a clear sense of focus and priorities.
- Are service-minded and enjoy helping customers in a professional and kind manner.
- Have an educational background in business, sales, office management, or similar.
- Alternatively, having worked two to three years in a similar position, with relevant experience from a similar industry such as lifestyle, design, fashion, or luxury.
- Are fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Have experience with the MS Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
It is an advantage if you have experience with the ERP system Microsoft Business Central or can quickly understand and navigate IT systems.

Practical information
The position is a full-time role starting as soon as possible but no later than February. Working hours are within regular office hours, between 8 am - 4 pm / 9 am - 5 pm on weekdays. Your workplace will be in our beautiful new showroom in Hellerup, Denmark.
