Sales & Account Manager 

The Position

This opportunity is for a full time position based in the ELHANATI Copenhagen office in Denmark. The job requires you are flexible and open for travelling both domestically and internationally.


As a sales and account manager you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our existing wholesale accounts to achieve sales targets, build relationships and work towards sales growth for each account by providing exceptional customer service to our partners - that includes but is not limited to ordering, product assortment analysis and strategy, training and defining and implementing business driven actions and events.


The role appeals to enthusiastic candidates familiar with the world of luxury, but we believe that skills are transferable so we welcome candidates from all backgrounds with a flexible nature, team spirit and an independent, responsible, positive and ambitious mindset.


Key responsibilities 

  • Oversee and manage our existing accounts
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for each account across multiple markets
  • Build and foster solid relationships with key buyers and floor staff and communicate our brand values
  • Prepare account specific ad hoc analyses and supporting documents both monthly and seasonally
  • Upsell, review and analyse re-orders and seasonal orders and provide account with direct feedback and recommendations in order to ensure order drives the right brand strategy
  • Provid training to staff of wholesale partners including communicating brand history, product knowledge, styling and selling tips to ensure account has all necessary means to represent the brand - both physical trainings but also online
  • Oversee and define events for accounts in liaison with internal and external PR teams and partners to drive sales growth
  • Manage and support recruitment of interns and delegate tasks approiprately to ensure exceptional customer service for all wholesale accounts

What we are looking for 

  • Strong communication skills (English and preferably Danish - German is a plus)
  • Solid experience in Excel, data analysis and highly numerate with the ability to make sense of data
  • The ability to analyse potential problems and a creative mindset to implement solutions
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a passion for sales
  • Flexible and positive mindset, thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Enthusiastic about developing trust and meaningful relationships with people
  • A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience preferably within B2B (a Bachelor degree is a plus)
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker but an exceptional team-player.
