Production & ESG Specialist
Sophie Bille Brahe ApS is looking for a full-time Production & ESG Specialist.
As a Production and ESG Specialist, you will play a central role in our production and ESG team to ensure compliance with our sustainability goals. You will be responsible for assisting with planning, coordinating, and monitoring production, as well as contributing to the implementation and follow-up of ESG initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting in daily production planning and coordination
- Assisting with inventory management
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Assisting the Production Manager with various assignments and projects
- Working with suppliers to ensure sustainable practices and materials
- Supporting the implementation of ESG strategies and initiatives
- Collecting and analysing data to report on ESG outcomes
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our production and sustainability processes
To succeed in the role, you must be able to collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders such as Design and Sales as well as with international suppliers. Furthermore, you must be structured, detail-oriented and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced creative and international team with changing projects and priorities.
Your competencies
- Relevant education in production or sustainability is an advantage
- Experience in production planning and management, preferably in the jewellery industry
- Understanding of ESG principles and experience with sustainability projects
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data processing
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Interest in jewellery and design is an advantage
