Copenhagen Fashion Week is looking for a structured and motivated Production & Brand Relations Intern to join the department for six months, the starting date being as soon as possible.

You will join the organisation behind a fashion week that has gained international acclaim for our visionary approach to sustainability, and you will also join a team of highly dedicated colleagues whose work ethics are high.

Your tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist on all brand related tasks and projects
• Support across all communication with CPHFW NEWTALENT and show & presentation brands, incl. collating all necessary assets, reminders, etc.
• Support the coordination of events during fashion week
• Support team in all production of Copenhagen Fashion Week’s own events and venues during fashion week, including the Opening Ceremony, Talk
• Program, showrooms, dinners, etc.
• Coordinate and assist all logistics, such as VIP car service, press busses, help desks etc.
• Coordinate a large team of volunteers for fashion week

Your competencies:

• You have experience within the fashion industry and/or production
• You are a competent and experienced individual who thrives in fast paced environments
• You are structured and keep a firm hand on plans and overviews in excel
• You are ambitious, reliable and hard-working and have a high energy level
• You thrive in a workplace with many nationalities and where the working language is English
• You are an empathetic team player who actively contributes to a warm social environment in the office

The position:

The internship is unpaid for those receiving monetary support from SU and Dagpenge/A- kasse. For international applicants or those who have completed education, Copenhagen Fashion Week offers a one time renumeration payment of 8,000DKK for a 6 month internship placement. Please note, that we are an English speaking office.

Working hours are Monday-Friday, with a minimum of 7 hours/day and are to be agreed upon with Brand Relations and Communications Manager.
