Product Developer RTW

A unique opportunity to become our next product developer has occurred! We are currently looking for a product developer for RTW without tying us to a specific product focus; we have multiple categories open for play and for the right candidate we will shape the product area to suit your skills and preferences.

Your mission & responsibilities ahead of you:
Our new Product Developer will work in the RTW PD team located at our Copenhagen HUB.

Your main responsibility is managing and developing products in close corporation with the Design team and Product Engineers.

You will be responsible for all tasks related to the assigned products throughout both the development stage as well as production and it is required that you own and drive the product as well as the process.

This includes sourcing and selecting materials and suppliers, managing critical path and product lead times, and price negotiations, as well as securing quality and quantity in correspondence with the demand and planning teams.

Creating and maintaining Product Master Data in our ERP/PDM system as well as complying with workflow and other supporting tools. Ordering and management of sample collections. Manage and drive projects within the product group and throughout the organization with a strong sense of stakeholders and decision gates.

Must have requirements:
An independent team player with a high sense of fashion business as well as a proactive approach to cross-functional projects

  • Minimum 3 years experience from a similar position in a global company
  • Proficient skills in Ready To Wear categories
  • Management of critical timeline related to commercial fashion
  • Proficient skills in working with certified materials
  • High level of both verbal and writing English
  • Flair for working with multiple digital tools and platforms as well as a high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is an advantage

The GANNI way:
You are detail orientated without losing track of the goal and objectives. You are outspoken when needed and enter a team with an open mind but determined approach.

You master the juggle between realizing the creative ideas of a designer while keeping cost, lead times, responsibility, and overall sensible business targets aligned.

We are looking for a true GANNI ambassador - someone who shares our values of Openness (ready to evolve, honest not perfect), Optimism (you never stand still, just dance!), Authenticity (you march at your own beat!), Accountability (no excuses, you make an impact) & Responsibility (make small changes, see big differences).

The GANNI culture is based on a learning and results-driven mentality, where everyone is united by a common purpose of (hack)the fashion system!

GANNI is a state of mind - more than a way of dressing and we love to change the usual practice in everything we do. We are confident and capable of anything! So prepare yourself to be comfortable with the uncomfortable and hacking the system together with our amazing RTW Product Development team!

What else?
The position requires traveling to suppliers and production countries as well as participation in relevant fairs and summits.

The position holds no people management.

We welcome applications from all people regardless of gender identities, sexual orientations, ethnicities, racial identities, religious beliefs, disability statuses, and personal expressions. We only want to know why you’re great for this role, so please avoid including your picture, age, and marital status in your CV.

Be bold and join our GANNI community!

We hope you got all your questions answered and feel motivated to join our team and become a part of the GANNI community. If you have more questions regarding the position please contact Signe Larsen, Head of Product Development & Production RTW at signe.larsen@ganni.com
