Product and Sales Responsible
Ready to take your sales career to new heights? Now is your chance to lead the positioning for one of our biggest markets in Selected Femme.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales profile who wants to develop and further our market development in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Your team
You will be located at our headquarter in DK and be part of our regional DACH sales team consisting of 9 experienced colleagues eagerly awaiting your arrival.
You will work together with our sales teams in the markets as well as with our design, buying and express department in DK to ensure that the global product direction is covering the market needs.
Your job:
As our Product and Sales Responsible, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies tailored to the DACH market together with our buying, design and express team in DK. You will ensure the execution of our product strategy together with our sales representatives and their partners.
You will also:
- Act as a key collaborator with different stakeholders in the markets and facilitate effective communication and cooperation between the sales team, HQ departments and partners
- Monitor our sell in and sell out performance on global, market and customer level
- Optimize the product mix and stock turn at our partners POS together with the market
- Participate in internal collection meetings between product and sales.
- Run our internal collection handover and ensure that our sales representatives are best-in-class prepared for the sell-in
- Ensure alignment of regional strategies with the global vision and objectives of Selected.
Your profile
You will succeed in this role, if you have a background in sales combined with a deep product understanding or vice versa. A key aspect of the role is to be a strong communicator and collaborator with different stakeholders.
Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management and/or product, preferably in the fashion retail industry
- Strong understanding of the fashion retail market in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Commercial mindset with insight into trends, specifically on the female fashion side
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages (Italian, French or Danish) is a plus.
