Marketing Specialist (Public Relations, Social Media & Influencers)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This role will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our PR, social media, and influencer strategies across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in implementing and managing earned media relations, influencer partnerships, driving social media channels, and affiliate marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities: 

  • Strategy and Management:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive PR, social media, influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
    • Manage relationships with press, PR agencies, social media platforms, and influencers across different markets, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and performance targets.
    • Monitor and analyze social media and influencer engagement metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, generating detailed reports for stakeholders, and implementing strategic adjustments to optimize performance and achieve predetermined targets and KPIs. 
  • PR, Events & Showroom management:
    • Plan and execute events, PR collaborations, and social media campaigns to generate reach, buzz, conversion and increase brand awareness.
    • Draft press releases and pitch stories to media outlets, securing placements and coverage.
    • Coordinate showroom activities and manage loan and gifting processes for influencers and media partners.
    • Amplify PR activities and social media content on owned channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives and messaging.
    • Create engaging social media content across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Pinterest and Tik Tok.
    • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer interactions, responding promptly and effectively.
    • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
  • Influencer Management & Affiliate Marketing:
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and content creators to drive brand advocacy and engagement.
    • Develop and implement Affiliate Marketing Strategy and execution.
    • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring deliverables are met and align with campaign objectives.
    • Track and measure the impact of influencer collaborations on brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • System & Platform Management:
    • Utilize platforms such as IMPACT, Lefty and Copper, to streamline PR, influencer, and social media management processes and optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, social media initiatives, partnerships, events, influencer collaborations, and affiliate marketing efforts.
    • Provide comprehensive reports on key metrics and insights to inform future strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Proven experience in public relations, social media management, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience and a robust network within the international and Danish press, earned media, stylists and influencer communities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with PR, social media, and influencer management platforms such as IMPACT, Lefty, Later and Copper.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI.
