PR and Marketing Manager

Stine Goya is recruiting an innovative and multidisciplinary PR & Marketing Manager with experience from comtempory brands to join our PR and Marketing team. 

Based at our HQ in Copenhagen, the PR and Marketing Manager will be a crucial component in a period of both growth and consolidation for the brand, executing marketing initiatives, from briefing to launch, while running the day-to-day functionality and optimisation of our social media platforms.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position is pivotal in supporting an engagement and awareness strategy for Stine Goya’s existing and aspirational audience. As PR & Marketing Manager, you will drive and execute a consistent brand narrative that engages, builds awareness and an emotional connection between our audience, brand and product.

You will be responsible for building relationships with press, brand partners and project stakeholders and be a key ressource in the excution of campaigns and activities across all channels, ensuring deliverables are met.

Working closely with Sales, E-Commerce, Design and Product & Development, you will apply the needed communication skills to secure alignment across departments, providing the necessary tools and information to support successful marketing activities – from branded photoshoots and collaborations to our twice-annual Copenhagen Fashion Week shows and regular influencer partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in social media best practices, solution-driven and hold a deep understanding of both commercial and brand-building needs with a strong focus on data and analytics.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute commercial marketing briefs and content plans built around relevant and insightful data
  • Deliver and manage project critical paths, leading communications with creative partners, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Manage the day-to-day scheduling, execution and flighting of all social media content
  • Responsible for bringing seasonal campaign shoots and lookbooks to fruition Write and syndicate press releases, interviews, briefs, presentations, etc., with exceptional copywriting skills and a good understanding of the brand’s tone of voice
  • Planning and executing impactful seasonal press days and events
  • Own and manage a busy press inbox and image bank, leading sample, image and interview requests
  • Plan and execute a strategic press mailer calendar
  • Oversee the development and management of our global press list and press syndications
  • Develop and manage key influencer relationships and paid partnerships
  • Liaise with P&D, Sales, E-Commerce and Retail for the timely delivery of high-quality seasonal collateral (i.e. POS and line sheets) before the start of the season and international trade showrooms
  • Ensure all external partners have the tools to support our brand at both local and global levels and monitor alignments on the use of brand assets, tone-of-voice etc.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience at manager level in a luxury or contemporary fashion brand
  • Proven expertise in fashion communication and PR
  • Excellent English writing and verbal skills
  • A passion for social media and marketing analytics
  • Strong media relationships and network of worldwide press and influencers
  • An outgoing, cheerful demeanour, with a resourceful attitude and the energy required to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to execute projects with a sound commercial understanding
  • Autonomous, proactive with the ability to manage multiple external parties at once
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and dynamic self-starter mindset
  • High proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop / InDesign / Premiere Pro), Apple Keynote, Powerpoint, and Microsoft Office suite
