IX Studios is now looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking individual to join us as Operations Officer.

Your primary responsibility will be taking part in the management and optimization of our operations and financial strategies.

This includes:

• Defining, implementing, and overseeing the operational systems, processes, workflows, and procedures to boost our efficiency and growth.
• Supply chain management to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Collaborating with the founding team to establish company goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
• Overseeing, monitoring, and keeping track of logistics timetables and costs.
  To initiate and run various strategic improvement projects.
• Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures.

Professional skills and experiences

From a cultural perspective, we are looking for an informal, easy going, team-oriented executive with drive, high energy, and persistence. You demonstrate simplicity, agility and systematics.

The following experiences are preferred:

• Proven track record in operations management - individuals with experience in e-commerce industries (not mandatory) will have an advantage.
• Experience in supply chain management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building and growing the business.
• Experience in the above from previous job in the fashion industry, design og lifestylee.
