Responsibilities:

• Utilize your keen eye for potential models and scout for individuals with unique qualities, diverse looks, and exceptional potential in various locations.
• Attend events, shows, and social gatherings to identify potential talent.
• Build and maintain a network of connections within the industry, including with models, agencies, and industry professionals.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the potential of aspiring models.
• Collaborate with the team to provide comprehensive feedback on potential talents.
• Keep updated with industry trends and market demands.

Requirements:

• A deep understanding of the modeling/fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• A good eye for potential and an ability to identify unique qualities in individuals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
