Project & Partnership Assistant Intern
Copenhagen Fashion Week is now looking for a Project & Partnership Assistant to join the Partnerships & Special Projects department for 6 months, with start beginning of May 2024.
As Project & Partnership Assistant you will be part of our ambitious Partnerships & Special Projects department. You will work directly under the Director of Partnerships & Special Projects, Josefine Cramer, and Manager of Partnerships & Special Projects, Helen Otvig Busch, and will be trusted with supporting areas across the planning and execution of activities related to Copenhagen Fashion Week’s partnerships and the CPHFW NEWTALENT scheme.
Your tasks:
- Support across overseeing communication and activations of commercial and strategic partnerships leading up to- and during Copenhagen Fashion Week SS25
- Research of new potential partners aligning with Copenhagen Fashion Week’s activities and values
- Copenhagen Fashion Week offers a list of services to all brands part of its official show schedule. You will be responsible for ensuring that all is planned and executed successfully, incl. coordination with brands on the official SS25 show schedule.
- Support on the CPHFW NEWTALENT scheme, incl. coordination with brands and partners of the scheme.
- Assist on planning and execution of the CPHFW NEWTALENT Space SS25.
- Various ad hoc tasks related to the planning and execution of Copenhagen Fashion Week SS25 taking place 5 – 9 August 2024.
Your competencies:
- An open mind, and eagerness to learn
- Adaptable, good at handling busy situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have great experience with Office Excel, and enjoy working with it.
- Structured, attention to detail, works independently and shows responsibility for your work tasks
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
- A team player and have the courage for flexible working hours
- You have an understanding of what it takes to work with projects. Previous work experience with project management is a plus but not a requirement
Application:
The internship is unpaid for those receiving monetary support from SU and Dagpenge/A-kasse. For international applicants or those who have completed education Copenhagen Fashion Week offers a renumeration of 8,000DKK for a 5–6 month internship placement. Please note that we are an English-speaking office.
