International Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to accelerate us on our journey within JACK & JONES JUNIOR.
The team and responsibility
You will join a strong international management team in one of Europe’s largest and leading men’s clothing brands. As our new International Sales Manager, you will get independent responsibility for JACK & JONES JUNIOR, and our goal is to further strengthen our foothold in the market and to expand to our maximum potential. You will work in close cooperation with an international sales department of more than 200 enthusiastic employees, and your focus is on creating growth in wholesale and e-commerce. You impact the performance with some of the largest key accounts and onliners in the world.
You will be deeply involved in growing JACK & JONES JUNIOR, and your primary responsibility will be to create growth in all our markets and to develop the market position within our segment. You hold the strategic responsibility for sales, and you are deeply involved in the product development process, ensuring that the product range is continually developed to meet the market’s needs.
Specifically, your tasks will be to:
- Develop the sales strategies, define objectives and ensure execution.
- Develop the product strategy to ensure that our customers are always offered the right products.
- Lead and motivate the international sales team.
- Train the sales team in product knowledge and sales competencies.
- Build and maintain close relations to our business partners and B2B customers.
- Solid experience with international sales and sales management, preferably from a similar position.
- Solid experience within the junior segment.
- A proven track record within strategic sales, including training and development of employees.
- Solid experience within Key Account Management.
- Knowledge of the fashion industry, store operations and B2B sales.
- Excellent understanding of financial key figures.
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken.
