We are looking for a talented and ambitious Head of Supply Chain to contribute to the continuous development and rapid growth of our brand Danish Endurance (endurance & outdoor gear).

We are online only and are a major global Amazon player strongly supported by our website, Zalando and other growing online channels.

THE JOB
As head of the Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for the overall Supply Chain strategy and optimize the logistic set-up in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Your overall goal will be to ensure that our stock levels are aligned with our rolling forecast and that our products are at the right place at the right time at the right cost.

We expect operational excellence around the three key processes:

• Forecasting
• Order placement
• Replenishment

You are an excellent executer, with a strong analytic approach. You will be responsible for a small, dedicated team and be part of the management group. You will report directly to our CFO. You will be a member of the management team at Danish Endurance.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop and improve the Supply Chain set-up to enable rapid scaling of the business
• Optimize the logistics operations with focus on speed, quality, and cost savings
• Improve data quality

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record from similar positions
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Data driven and strong analytical skills
• Hands on approach and can-do attitude
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central (ERP) is an advantage
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with E-commerce and Amazon is beneficial
