Email Marketing Specialist
Are you passionate about email marketing and eager to put your skills and knowledge to use in an international fashion organisation?
We are looking for a determined and result-oriented Email Marketing Specialist, who can contribute to the continuous growth and development of our NAME IT B2C customer club.
You will be part of an ambitious and dedicated team of 9 employees responsible for the operation and development of our NAME IT web shop and customer club. Our department is characterised by a humorous tone, openness and room for individual development.
You will assume a key role in the customer club team focusing on the implementation of tactical and strategic initiatives in our email marketing covering both e-commerce and retail. You will get every opportunity to put your experience into play to optimise and streamline the workflow. The role includes both operational and development tasks. You will have great influence on your work, and we expect you to take responsibility and drive projects independently.
Your areas of responsibility will include:
- Campaign planning, construction and deployment of emails and trigger flows
- Follow-up on e-mail performance, A-B tests and KPIs
- Analyses of focus areas and execution of decided actions
- Segmenting the customer base
- Ongoing contact with customer service as well as our customers
- Communication plans for push messages in apps and on SMS.
For the right candidate, the role can develop over time to include more strategic and analytical tasks in collaboration with our central CRM team based in Amsterdam. This further implies the opportunity to travel once in a while as an exciting part of the job.
- Higher degree from a commercial education
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing and automation
- Good business understanding
- Technical understanding
- Knowledge of Sales Force Marketing Cloud (or the similar), Google Analytics and HTML
- Strong email writing skills
- Experience from the fashion industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
