E-Commerce Sales Responsible

We are looking for a new team member to drive significant e-commerce growth. With us, you will be able to follow your passion and dedicate yourself fully to either menswear or womenswear.
Join a vibrant E-Commerce department
You will become a part of a team of seven ambitious and proactive colleagues, who share a passion for e-commerce and collaborate closely in driving our brand’s growth in all our 16 online markets. We are specialists within our field, but take great pride in understanding how our input influence the bigger picture. Assuming responsibility for either FEMME or HOMME, you will work closely with your counterpart on the other brand as well as the operational team members.
You focus all your efforts on ensuring that the optimal product package is available in our online store at all times.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Buying ready-made collections for our online shop.
- Creating sales strategies for selected.com in the 16 markets we deliver to.
- Developing initiatives, events and campaigns that boost our e-commerce sales.
- Analysing sales performance.
- Staying up-to-date on market needs to providing input for product development.

Additionally, we are looking for the following:
- Experience from the fashion industry, preferably from a similar position within e-commerce.
- A clear vision of how products should be merchandised and marketed online.
- Solid business acumen, basing your decisions on numbers.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
