Division Sales Responsible

Are you a dedicated sales professional with a proven track record of results? If you have the drive to chase our growth ambitions and are motivated by converting leads into customers for long-term business relationships, here’s your chance to become part of a global fashion company!

We are looking for an experienced Division Sales Responsible to strengthen our team and to accelerate our journey towards reaching our growth strategy.

Your job

As Division Sales Responsible, you will be key in achieving our common goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that our sales strategy is implemented and followed in your division.
You will be responsible for ensuring that your countries’ needs and demands are worked through and implemented to everyone’s interest. You will be trusted with great flexibility, to produce results and common goals we set together.

Drawing on your solid experience from the textile business, you manage to work on an international platform, where costumer needs and behavior varies from market to market. You open new doors to customers and markets in collaboration with our dedicated Sales Force in the fields.

More specifically - your tasks include:

  • Setting up and executing sales strategies for your markets/customers
  • Growing people to grow business
  • Training and inspiring the sales force in the markets, which are UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia
  • Hosting season kickoff meeting in the countries
  • Preparing sell-in and being present, in the market’s showrooms when needed
  • Establishing long-term relationships with our customers
  • Participating in our internal Sales Meetings as the expert in your division on the products and the various solutions we offer.

Your profile

As a person, you are ambitious, confident and capable of making decisions that have a high business impact. You are outgoing, inspiring and able to motivate those around you. You have excellent negotiation skills and are used to negotiating on a strategic level. You thrive in an action-oriented culture where you get a high level of responsibility and the freedom to run with your own ideas within your field.

In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:

  • Experience from the fashion industry with an international profile
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience within Key Account Management
  • Solid business understanding with the ability to analyse figures and numbers
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
