Digital Marketing Manager

WOOD WOOD is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help grow and lead the digital strategy. We’re looking for an experienced person with a proven track record in stimulating e-commerce growth via paid social media.

Principle accountabilities:
The chosen individual will be both detail-oriented and analytical, with a solid commercial understanding, as well as a focus on performance and data. This role requires someone who is comfortable translating complex data into reports, with clear insights and subsequent measures. This position will work closely with our E-commerce Manager and marketing team. 

Position details:

  • Implementation and further development of WOOD WOOD's new digital strategy.
  • Lead the paid social media strategy.
  • Daily monitoring and optimization of performance across our digital channels.
  • Customizing ads for different markets with local languages and currencies.
  • Planning and execution across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and email.
  • Optimization and further development of e-mail flows.
  • Testing of new markets and segments.
  • Frequent reporting of KPIs, campaigns, and new learnings.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager.
  • Proven track record of creating growth within e-commerce.
  • Know the importance of email marketing and email flows.
  • Good knowledge of GA and strong analytical and quantitative skills that support using data to develop, validate and measure marketing campaign efficacy. 
  • The ability to collaborate within a team, as well as work independently. 
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.


  • Knowledge of Google Ads.
  • Experience with Klaviyo (or similar).
  • Thorough understanding of affiliate marketing.
  • Broad fashion knowledge.
