At VERO MODA we are looking for a passionate Buyer to boost our selection and performance of Denim products.

BUILD THE BONDS THAT GROW OUR BUSINESS
You will be based in our Buying & Design department focusing on VERO MODA’s Denim collections. The team consists of eight colleagues, and we are all driven by creating collections with a focus on quality, workmanship, and trend - and we take pride in influencing women's wardrobes around the world. In addition to the Buying and Design department you will also have a close collaboration with our suppliers as well as our Sales Department at VERO MODA.

MAKE OUR COLLECTIONS, YOURS
As Buyer in VERO MODA Denim, you will be responsible for creating and driving the product strategy for Denim with full focus on our Denim matrix in cooperation with the Category Manager. Furthermore, you will work on optimizing our core denim fits, washes and details together with our NOOS Denim team. You will also have a close collaboration with our suppliers whom you support and challenge with your profound knowledge within Denim.
More specifically your tasks include:

• Developing Denim main collections
• Optimizing VERO MODA’s Denim Matrix
• Bringing VERO MODA’s Denim category to the next level regarding sustainability
• Participating in presenting Denim collections to the Sales team
• Closely collaborating with suppliers, designers and buying regarding denim products
• Travelling on inspirational trips and supplier visits

YOUR PROFILE
You aspire to make a difference by developing the Denim product category to redeem its true potential. You are a team player who understands how to utilize your Denim expertise and service-minded nature to cooperate across all organizational levels. As a person, you are independent, proactive, and structured - enabling you to keep a sense of perspective in a fast-faced and creative environment. Besides your winning personal, we also hope you bring:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the fashion industry
• Knowledge and experience from working with Denim wash, fit, quality and sustainability is considered an advantage
• Solid Business acumen
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
